Rambo Purple Radish

Organic and Super Nutritious

Radish has a pleasant earthy taste followed by a spicey aftertaste. These can be added to any salad mix to give a beautiful punch of color and flavor. Great on fish tacos, fresh tuna with wasabi dressing, pizza, eggs, soups, and sandwiches.

Purple Rambo Radish is great source of Vitamin C, B1, B6, Zinc, Potassium, Folate, Manganese, Copper, Phosphorous, Fiber, Niacin, Riboflavin, Calcium, Iron and more.

Waltham Broccoli

A Bounty of Nutrients

This versatile micro works with just about everything with it's mild sweet taste. Use it in sandwiches, quiche, omelets, salads, soups, spring rolls and more.

Broccoli is an excellent source of vitamin C, K, A, fiber, potassium, folate, and phosphorus, boost collagen production, and reduce inflammation.

Dunn Pea Shoots

Pea shoots have a sweet fresh pea taste that can be used in so many applications such as salads, on sandwiches or on your favorite soup.

Dunn Pea with tendrils are a great source of protein as well as Calcium, Fiber, Iron, Phosphorus, and vitamins A and C.

This organic Sunflower has a sweet nutty flavor with a bit of crunch. It can be eaten alone as a snack or top your tuna fish or egg salad sandwich. It is stable enough to replace lettuce for an interesting layer in both fruit and green salads.

Sunflower is a powerhouse packed with vitamins A, B, D and E as well as Calcium, Copper, Magnesium, Potassium, and Phosphorous.

Wheatgrass is the freshly sprouted first leaves of the common wheat plant, and is often used as a food, drink, or dietary supplement. This sweet variety of Wheatgrass is great used in juicing and smoothies.

It is loved by most pets too.

Each plant allows 3 harvests when cared for properly.

Chefs Mix

A colorful organic mix

Chefs favorite for both color and flexability. A combination of broccoli, purple radish, and Daikon radish. The mild flavor of broccoli blended with the peppery flavor of radish and sits pretty on a plate and delightful on the palette. Goes great on everything.

Organic Jewel Nasturtium

Delicate and loved by Chefs!

The flavor profile is dominated by a spiciness that is similar to the heat that you get from mustard. The leaves can be added to salads, soups, omelets, and garnish for any dish.

Nasturtium leaves can also be stuffed and cooked like grape leaves or cooked down like spinach. Add to cream cheese or make compound butter!

Vitamins and benefits include Lutein, vitamin C, iron and manganese.

Organic Triton Radish

Burst of color and flavor

These colorful greens have a crisp, peppery and slightly mustard bite. Perfect on fish, tacos, salad mixes, pizza as well as eggs or any Asian inspired dish.

Triton Radish is high in Vitamin A, C, Folate, Fiber, Potassium and they can aid in digestion.

Red Garnet Amaranth

Striking color

Amaranths striking colors make it a great garnish or a lovely addition to any microgreen salad. Flavor is very similar to beets. Very delicate profile and light in weight.

Amaranth contains potassium, vitamins C, K, and E, zinc, manganese, beta-carotene, calcium, iron, and copper.

Wasabi

Spice lover

Wasabi Microgreen are delicate yet have a bold, spicy horseradish flavor. Though not the traditional wasabi root Wasabi Mustard microgreens pack a punch of spiciness reminiscent of horseradish. A perfect addition to seafood and Asian dishes, but equally enjoyable in sandwiches, wraps, salads, and soups.

Basil

Genovese

Genovese basil is a cultivar of Ocimum basilicum. It is one of the most popular basils for culinary use, particularly for its use in pesto, the traditional Genovese sauce.

Genovese basil has similar mint and citrus notes to the other basil varieties.

Calandula

Edible Flowers

Calendula petals are edible and can be used fresh in salads or dried and used to color cheese or as a substitute for saffron. They have a mildly sweet taste that is slightly bitter, and as it dries these flavors become more intense. Can be used to add color to soups, stews, poultry dishes, custards and liquors.

Calandula are gaining popularity for decorating not only the garden but also specialty cakes and desserts.

Product Availability and Delivery

All products listed above are availabe year round unless noted.

Every product is made just for you in our vertical farm.

Most products need 7-12 days from seed to harvest with the exception of nasturtium, basil and edible flowers. Longer notice should be given for larger flower and basil orders.

Delivery days are Thursday and Fridays. Hours may vary. Some exceptions can be made.

Our Promise and special care

Our Microgreens are harvested for peak flavor within 24 hours of delivery to assure best taste, quality and longest shelf life. These microgreens are grown and cared for organically with no pesticides or fertilizers in a controlled environment. All product is grown in organic coco coir - never soil, therefore no need to wash greens before eating. All products should be refrigerated after delivery for best shelf life.
